Login & Access Security

Two-factor authentication is available and encouraged for all accounts. If we detect unusual login activity, your session is suspended automatically and you are notified via the email address registered to your account under these terms.

Data Retention Period

Account data is retained for the period required by applicable regulations in your jurisdiction. After account closure, transaction records are kept for the statutory minimum before being permanently deleted — the exact window is stated in the data clause.

Right to Request Changes

These terms apply to every person who opens an account with us. Access to the platform depends on local law and is available only where such activity is permitted in your area. By completing account registration, you confirm you have checked your local rules.

We will always notify you before material changes take effect. Notification goes to your registered email and appears in your account dashboard. You have time to review and, if you disagree, close your account before the revised terms become binding.

All transactions — deposits and withdrawals — made through UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, and other available payment rails are governed by the payment-handling clause. This clause defines clearing timelines, failed-transaction handling, and how chargeback requests are assessed.

Submit a written data request through our email support channel. We will verify your identity, compile the data held under your account, and deliver it within the timeframe prescribed by applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

Withdrawals are processed after identity verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount, processing window for UPI and PhonePe, and any holds linked to recent deposits are all set out in the withdrawal clause of these terms.
